Mopec’s 3-way knife sharpener is constructed of indestructible polypropylene. Sharpen virtually any dull knife with ceramic rods standing vertically or laying horizontally on any laboratory bench top. Equipped with three ceramic rods, with the appropriate coarseness for dull or worn edges, partial dull edges and quick touch ups. Requires no oils or water for putting the perfect edge on your autopsy or dissecting knife. The rods can be rotated for new and clean surfaces providing longer stone life.
