ESBE Scientific is a Canadian owned distributor and growing supplier of sophisticated laboratory products and systems for Life Sciences and Diagnostics customers across Canada. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Territory Manager based in British Columbia.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Territory Manager will focus on promoting and selling ESBE’s products and services, serving customers and building business by interacting with established customers and maintaining these relationships; identifying and developing new prospects; applying knowledge of ESBE’s services, products and marketing techniques; selling products; identifying and meeting customer needs and closing sales.
Our ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- MLT designation or BSc degree (Life Sciences preferred and MSc. also welcome)
- Three years successful experience as a Sales Representative, or in an inside sales or customer service position
- Sales & marketing skills in the life sciences market
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- Attention to detail in written documents
- Exhibits a courteous and professional demeanor
- Good listening skills with logical thinking patterns
- Ability to build rapport
- Investigative thinking in order to identify customer needs
- Problem solving skills
- Prepares and conducts effective customer presentations
- Represents the company in a professional and ethical manner
- Achieves sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated (COVID)
