JOB TITLE:National Sales Manager (Bilingual French/English)
REPORTS TO:Director of Sales and Marketing
POSTED:December 7th, 2017
 
JOB PURPOSE
Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, development, support and supervision to sales territory representatives to ensure effective territory management and achievement of assigned sales, profit and expense goals. Create and implement successful strategies to further penetrate the market.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops National Sales Staff
  • Manages National Sales Activities
  • Coordinates French Language Sales Activities
  • Establishes and Maintains Customers Relations
  • Provides Short and Long-Term Market Forecasts and Reports
  • Maintains Professional and Technical Knowledge
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • University Degree or equivalent in a field of Science and Business
  • Minimum 5 years of life sciences or equivalent business experience within a sales management capacity
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
  • Experience in establishing upper level customer relationships and account development in both Life Sciences and major medical facilities
  • Superior negotiation skills coupled with broad laboratory industry knowledge
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong coaching and interpersonal abilities
  • Fully bilingual in both French and English languages
